Instructional Design – Our skilled Instructional Designers develop highly interactive courses that engage adults of all learning and communication styles. We develop courses for print or web and both instructor-led and self-paced training. All of the courses developed by the Solutions Training Team include a Train-the-Trainer session.
Metrics & Evaluation - We capture a metric baseline to determine training effectiveness. We utilize four levels of measurements to capture reaction, learning, behavior and results. We assess learning and application and link these metrics to your specific business objectives. Standardized and customized reporting is also available.
Consulting - We perform a root-cause analysis or leverage our client’s analysis data to implement solutions which may include process re-engineering, operational adjustments, training or a blended solution.
