You are driving down a country street,
doing 40mph when all of a sudden, lights flash in your rear view mirror and you
hear the sirens. You are being pulled over. The officer asks you if you know how
fast you were driving and you tell him "40 mph, that’s what I thought the speed
limit was.” The officer tells you it was 30 mph and gives you a ticket. When you
tell the officer you didn’t know, he tells you:
